A list of all action items for success will be compiled.

The information of value that you need gathered will be documented in writing.

A quotation will be submitted shortly after the conclusion of the first meeting.


Based upon the information gathered in step #1, the WEST TOWN MARKETING quote will specify the data of value that you need gathered. You authorize work to begin.

All marketing information related to the campaign will be compiled and/or created by us and approved by you.

CONTACT BEGINS!

All gathered information will be available to you via the internet. Any “hot leads” will be instantly forwarded to you by telephone and/or email.


The initial call requirements given in writing from the quote in step #2 have been met.

Hot leads will have been forwarded to your company immediately for follow- up. A database has been compiled for you. It is accessible on the Worldwide Web for your current and future use.

WEST TOWN MARKETING has now completed the terms of the agreement and can be retained to expand the initial contact program/start a new program or hand off the database to someone in your company.

Training on basic database use for 1-2 people, is included in the fee.
